My idea is to create a modern approach for the traditional cabins in the woods. I used the triangle shaped roofs as my main concept and used a second volume to intersect it. My main materials will be wood, glass and metallic panels. What do you guys think?

This is a good example of how you can work with just very simple base forms and still get very interesting results.

Thanks!
This is a good example of how you can work with simple base forms and still get very interesting results… also looks as if it would be good in some type of extreme environment, where the simplicity of the construct juxtaposes the complexity of the environment…
Thanks for the advice!
Nice simplicity John. The raised base / deck will make it feel luxurious. I would even make it bigger and have a shadow line underneath. I can imagine that yours will feel similar to the iToo picture above. 🙂 Awesome.
Thank you. I’m thinking about make it bigger but it will depend on how the environment evolves as I make it.
