How to design a pioneer Mixed-use project that triggers the revitalization of an emerging creative district? That was what Nbbj did.
Serving as a destination, the 500 West Broad Mixed-Use development re-imagines the live-work-play concept by creating a campus that will include residential, office and retail tenants: and a rich program of amenities, including community gathering spaces and art display space.

A Short Film
A Short Film is a full 3D HD Animation showing Minimalist architecture.
The most challenging part was to give colour to the view.
Cement is quite a difficult material due to it being colourless and it was the bet so I chose to play with the lighting a bit to give it a minimal aesthetic.
I didn’t use default lighting sun lights etc..only one HdRI cause I wanted to be precise with the shadows and rendition.
