Vermont

Vermont is a medium-scale residential project in one of the central districts of Los Angeles. The project was commissioned by California Design Award winner YU2E, Inc.

Having a modern laconic design, this apartment building features a subterranean garage and cozy green terraces located on different floors. It could also be attractive to local cafes and shops because of the ground floor commercial.

We made both human and bird views to showcase the general facade of the building. The light scheme demonstrates how the colors of the apartment complex may change during different periods of the day while maintaining a sense of comfort and appeal.

The decision of visualization of the district around our 6-floor structure accentuates how the project fits into the architecture of the entire area.

Market in Niger

Once again, we are happy to share with you one of our interesting projects. The Assaga Niger Market project is a market in Niger created by an architectural studio that focuses on social projects.

This project aimed at beautifying one of the neighborhoods in the city. Our client decided to focus on the market because it is a public space, which is one of the significant places for the social life of residents.

The market is located in an area where bombings and skirmishes with militants are frequent. The structure of the market pavilions allows protecting civilians during the attacks.
Brick and metal base structures can resist an explosion and hold back a bullet.

For our renderings, we used photos of the inhabitants of this town, as it was essential to preserve the local flavor and everyday life of the local people. I hope that we succeeded in this task.

Happy Memories

Happy Memories!
“My memories were when we, as future parents, used to imagine life within my partner and were desperate to feel and touch our child. It is amazing to be a parent and guardian. You just relive your own life. The happiest memories of my life …”

Belsay Indigo Industrial Kitchen CGI

Here’s one of our new industrial styled kitchen CGIs. Exposed brickwork and metal framed shelving is definitely on trend this year, here we’ve combined both with an indigo traditional blue shaker kitchen and industrial fittings to add the finishing touch. You can really see the detail that the artists have put into each 3D model, from the exquisite cabinet woodgrain textures to the complimenting props on the open shelving, selected by our interior designers.

Beer Garden

This one is one of the previous year’s projects, I designed and modelled it before but, last week I tried to change the whole thing and wanted to show some greenery in it, it turned out to be a standing bonsai tree in the middle of the showcase. The lighting for this scene was a bit tricky, I tried to manipulate the real light and make something fantastic looking because I think some bars have to look a bit out of this world. And these are the final results.
Hope you like it, have a nice day/night/evening wherever you are.
