BAUCIS

The importance of every step in the process of building an idea and materialize it is essential to obtain a result that is outstanding and striking when experiencing a work of art. BAUCIS is the result of exploring art and architecture references, theories and movements interested in creating art in architecture through a conceptual process. Our purpose was to create a piece of work where we could make a paradigm shift in the context that we find ourselves at the university and in our city Cali. In this context we are usually focused and demanded by others to create buildings as products to solve people’s needs, reducing the importance of conceptualizing the process and in this way minimizing the role of the architect; that should be the person that can create a whole experience for people while being in a space to live architecture. The vision of the architect as an artist is often forgotten and this is reflected in our city. With BAUCIS we prove that we can integrate a well-researched process while supplying people’s needs and creating an architecture of impact for our city and their people.

I know that this is a Forum of ArchViz, but I will leave the link down below for the complete architectural project for the anyone interested:

New York Apartment

I focused on soft light and warm tones. I found stunning photos of Interior Design 551W21 Sales Office by Shelton, Mindel & Associates.

I tried to recreate the designed space and play a bit with the light and color balance.

It was a big pleasure to use FStorm.

BOX GALLERY CONCEPT

This project by OUUM studio includes visualization concept idea of modern architecture building with translucent insulation glass blocks located in Denmark it includes 4 floors with art exhibitions and installation inside
First of all, the project transmits the atmosphere which it was done with CG that shows the concept of the unbuilt building. Interior renders includes visualization of a piece of nature exhibition where meets with inanimate blocks. The minimalist structure stands as a light box that absorbs, reflects, and filters light across the façade and throughout the building. The facades etched, translucent glass glows, the light-sensitive glass is shining when it is illuminated by sunshine or internal lighting, it becomes a dynamic part of the building it reacts in different ways according to light, time of day, weather, and surrounding context.
The structure of houses is minimalist and reductive in the sense that there are only three walls in the museum and all its floor. The three concrete walls include gallery spaces and a plot of circulating spaces on the perimeter of the building, creating a building of isolation and openness in one. The interior works as a connection between art and architecture, which, although extremely different in size and composition, combines the combination of diffuse natural light and a palette of neutral material, integrate integrity as a museum of contemporary art, where art or architecture obscures the other.

Last December we tried to test our Titan X pascal with a new Render engine (for us) FStorm, and we were so happy with its performance that now we render 80% of our Interiors in FStorm and little bit of Exterior too. Sharing some old stuffs , will upload recent ones soon
