Architectural visualization project for a one-story house in Neve Yarak, Israel, done so the homeowners could get a feel for the house.
The assignment consisted in making the exterior and interior images of a residential building in Providencia, Chile. The project is located in front of a square, in a quiet neighborhood with a good quality of life, which generates a very attractive family environment for its inhabitants, impressions and sensations that the client wanted to express in the images. The emphasis of the proposal for the architects of the project was to design a building with simple lines but with a well defined architecture with a powerful landscaping project, which would make the difference with its competitors.

Rocas del mar is a real state development project located 200km north of Santiago in the semi-desertic area of “norte chico”.
Hey everyone,
For the last two weeks i was working on this project for my Architecture Visualization workshop in Tehran. Everything is modeled in 3dsMax and detailed in Zbrush as usual. I also used Marvelous Designer for all the fabrics in the scene. Both carpets are all modeled by hand and textured with images captured with Dabarti Capture. The whole buildings outside are also modeled individually. For the Lighting i used PG Hdri.
The Design is based on Garcia Tamjidi San Francisco Studio.
All Images rendered in 2K and took approximately 2 hours each. The scene is Pretty much optimized except for the carpets!!!
