Pixarch Architectural Visualization always does the things with inimitable approach and Parkview Signature Apartments were no exception. It was our job to paint a realistic, understandable and desirable picture using the blueprint so a viewer or a prospective buyer can see the final outcome. Pixarch used modern practice to give the project a digital life.

Parkview is a modern building, in the heart of LAHORE City, which provides housing with state of the art amenities and accessibility. Located just a few minutes away from Gulberg and the colonial Mall Road, Park View Apartments are easily accessible from every corner of Lahore.

For this project, the 3D modeling, texturing and detailing were carefully created to the finest detail as to capture the zest and feel of the project.

For Parkview Signature Apartments, Pixarch provided a beautiful and stunning 3D architectural walkthrough and photorealistic 3D views.

Tri-Arcular House

The spatial qualities of the building became defined by its structural solutions, ie the architecture of this house is its structure. The elevated location of the house on Mount Alto Co Wicklow and its fantastic views were the focal point and priority during the design process.
In order to decrease interference with the landscape, the house meets the ground at three points only. These three columns are the main structural elements, which hold up the entire structure. In line with the concept that everything that is not structural is taken away, the floor plates are entirely structure free, allowing for unobstructed views of the forests and sea. This is achieved by placing three arches around its circular perimeter, which act as the structure to hold up the floor plates. It follows the principles of a bridge supported by arches.
We have designed the tri-arcular house in order to test new developments in technology and to develop our design skills and ideas. We have invested in and used this project as a vehicle for design exploration – Apart from the Vortex chandelier by Zaha Hadid, all the furniture is designed by Magnaparte.

Lofoten Islands

Hello to all,
This is my new personal project. The idea of this project was formed in my mind when I accidentally saw the images of the Lofoten Islands, Norway on the Internet and this attractive environment covered by snow with simple but lovely cabins heavily influenced me, and after investigation and viewing different images on the Internet and understanding the surroundings, I decided to simulate it in my free time so that you can see the result now.
The most important software was: 3dsmax, Corona render, Zbrush, PolySnow, PhoenixFD, Substance painter, Frost, World Machine, SpeedTree, Forest pack, Photoshop.
