Object’s Garden

Our solution for this garden is to create a new layer on the existing site to unhide the other land uses. The new layer has formed from architectural elements which have inspired by Isfahan ancient architecture. In these objects will happen many deferent events.
Reviewing the ancient architecture forms and elements, help us to create new architectural forms and objects, also reveal hidden aesthetic features for us. founded objects detached from its previous position, deconstructed and finally recreated in a new situation. This project is formed from the synthetic of the founded objects and placed in new context.
After redefining the purpose of the contest and unhide the other land uses, In the proposal of project, the site has expanded and the problem with the entrance extended to the whole site and garden’s program. In this way, the project has expanded to a new layer in redefining architecture and turning it into objects to be seen.

Restaraunt of Crown Plaza Royal

This time we want to share with you the magnificent restaurant of Crown Plaza Royal, situated in Singapore. Our client was a Singapore company branch of Wilson Associates, a huge transnational architectural and design bureau.

The restaurant presents an elegant mix of classic and modern design, colors and textures. Generally speaking, it is a graceful space, where geometric prints are balanced by the laconic lines of furniture and a neutral color scheme.

Large panoramic windows represent a key feature of this hotel. We deliberately chose to perform this place by the end of the day to focus on our interior lightning visualization abilities and also to reveal the luxurious style of the restaurant.

The slatted ceiling defines a uniform geometry and unites the space. The variety and richness of textures have made the laconic interior multi-layered and deep.
The delicate balance between old and new creates a precise, modern design. Even minimalism has to be alive in order to evoke vivid and sincere emotions.

This work is an example of a standard workflow project divided into three parts: production of clay renders, previews in colors and round of revision. We helped the client by directing him to choose the desired angles. In the created 3d visualisation of space it is convenient for the client to have 360 degrees camera rotation . As the decision on the views has been taken, the client asks us to lower the camera or raise it relatively to the level of the furniture. In fact, it is an ordinary approach in such cases.

Al Hamra Hotel

This time we are sharing with you the OBMI Al Hamra Hotel, situated in Dubai. We regularly work with this client, but all the projects are under NDA and we are glad to have the opportunity to show at least a small part of the results of our long-term cooperation.

In this case, our goal was to keep the space integrated in the cultural tradition and the overall structure of the city. Many of the elements presented in the background correspond to real-life locations. For instance, we reproduced the architectural and historical building of the mosque. Furthermore, the hotel is located on the ground of a restored castle.
The area where you can enjoy high-quality tourist infrastructure with the access to the shops, restaurants, spa centers, cultural and religious venues, pedestrian zones and nature, in this case is represented by the bank of the sweeping Persian Gulf. A wonderful mixture of narrow cobbled streets and dense tree-lined avenues gives a sense of light coolness that usually saves us from the searing heat.

The bright light of the sunny day underlines the feeling that this place is highly desirable to live in. Together with traditional islamic stone and mud-brick architecture, the light also displays the atmosphere of a Middle East tropical tourist city.

Moreover, we tried our best to perform a tree planting scheme not in an artificial and exemplary, but realistic way. Our artistic challenge was to portray distortions, unevenness, roughness and imperfection that are inherent in nature. Each palm tree is unique and does not visually repeat the previous one.

We deliberately chose a bird view to show both the scale of the area itself and our ability to process and detail extensive areas. Actually, the careful and precise detailing of the surroundings was our client’s special requirement. This shot will be used as an advertisement on a 10K digital banner.

CGI for Blinds Direct

This project is about imagination or rather about how it’s better to see something once than imagine it a thousand times.

In this case those are curtains.

We are absolutely assured that due to CGI technologies there is no need for doubts or guesses – you can see the final result of your future interior and that makes a complete benefit.

Although the main hero of this render is not the interior itself but only one specific element, we are satisfied with the undertaken work and hope you will feel delighted as well.

ALSEMBERG

Alsemberg is a 14-floor project located in Brussels and will be built on top of an existing building, which will be renovated in the future. The existing building now has a grocery shop, retail and mixed-use spaces. The new building will be primarily residential. The renderings were made for a competition project.

The 3d visualization of the project was done for the architectural bureau A2M.
