A bedroom is a room situated within a residential or accommodation unit characterised by its usage for sleeping. A typical western bedroom contains as bedroom furniture one or two beds (ranging from a crib for an infant, a single or twin bed for a toddler, child, teenager, or single adult to bigger sizes like a full, double, queen, king or California king [eastern or waterbed size for a couple]), a clothes closet, and bedside table and dressing table, both of which usually contain drawers. Except in bungalows, ranch style homes, or one-storey motels, bedrooms are usually on one of the floors of a dwelling that is above ground level.

Belsay Indigo Industrial Kitchen CGI
Here’s one of our new industrial styled kitchen CGIs. Exposed brickwork and metal framed shelving is definitely on trend this year, here we’ve combined both with an indigo traditional blue shaker kitchen and industrial fittings to add the finishing touch. You can really see the detail that the artists have put into each 3D model, from the exquisite cabinet woodgrain textures to the complimenting props on the open shelving, selected by our interior designers.

At the intersection of Division du Général Leclerc and Paroy streets, Providencia takes advantage of Lumicene curved glass windows, strategically placed at the corner of the building in order to articulate the North and South facades and minimize the ground floor constraints of this urban area.
Steel and glass are blended with the plaster finish while the two top floor penthouses are underlined by a beige metallic cladding.
30 apartments are distributed over six floors, preserving its singularity as well as offering a wide choice of typologies adapted to the current lifestyles through a well-designed achievement in the heart of the city.
