Commercial building in the heart of Bengaluru, India
The building model has done by Xiaomei. Rendering, Lighting, and landscape have done by me.
Meanwhile, sociologist and scientist arguing whether urban gentrification is good or bad for the society we see a good impact of changing cityscape of Tallinn whare new development brings lifestyle to another level.
This project was done for the new district that arises in the old industrial part of the city, which, however, has benefits of beautiful greenery around and seacoast in the walking distance.
The idea of the residence is a relaxing place for living — beautiful outdoor facilities with an urban garden and cosy yard.
Setup and overall mood of the project seemed excellent for experimenting with some materials wearing, to add some character to the surfaces. Mixed in some scratches and other imperfections maps from Quixel, the result seems to be a right balance between realism brutality and splendour needed for a commercial project.
This was an enjoyable cooperation experience with a customer – a rare and happy moment when our vision and taste are perfectly matched. Enjoy!

I’ve recently been exploring the machines that bring us energy, and how they are all quite alien structures and are always juxtaposed with the very natural and open landscape that they sit within. I’ve always thought they’d look more at home in the future,so I’ve been putting them there, just for fun.
Not much we can say other than – “A house in Southampton” 😉
