See Entries & Join! About ConvertedThis project was done with close collaboration with the architect and developer. The tower would be high-end condos overlooking the James River and the historic Church Hill neighborhood of Richmond, Virginia. The renderings were used for permits from the city, and to reassure the neighborhood homeowners that the building would fit well with the city skyline. The building cleverly mixed modern design with traditional American brick warehouse style. The idea was to have a very modern attractive side facing the river, while from the rest of the city the building would blend well with the surrounding structures. Multiple interior renderings were used for unit pre-sales, and while the project was eventually terminated before construction, we’re quite pleased with the design and renderings.
A warehouse was redesigned into apartments in Richmond, Virginia. The center of the building was made into a courtyard, and skylights were strategically placed to provide as much natural light as possible to the units.
We got inspired by the similar works of ohter studios and decided to visualize it for practice purposes. We adhered to the smallest details of trees and rocks and it was an incredible project to work on.
We received this project as a challenge to represent the full potential that the Atlantique residential offers. Located in an important area and overlooking the sea and the island city of Florianopolis. We seek to illustrate from sunrise to sunset. Bringing different tonalities and potentialities in the illustrations. In the private areas, we can project the concept and have creative freedom.
