5th Avenue Tower – The Kitchen

Designed to offer a refreshing aesthetic and a distinctly modern layout, the kitchen at 5th Avenue Tower provides high-end finishes through clean modern lines and warm neutral colors. The custom dark oak cabinetry and millwork along with the Carrara marble countertops reinforces the luxury character of each residence filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing residents to take full advantage of the building’s panoramic views.

Lumicene

This project introduces the first set of visuals of the new Lumicene window generation integrated into different types of houses and environments.

Among the new features, we can find a thinner aluminum profile of 60mm, which allow increasing the glazing area, a more discreet inner rail or the possibility to accommodate a triple-glazing.

Lumicene is a new window concept that redefines the relationship between inside and outside, optimizing the use of space and sunlight.
Made of curved glazed panels, it’s by default an extension of the interior space that you can convert, whenever you want, into a balcony with a 180º panoramic view towards the exterior.

Oxygen is currently working with Lumicene company, illustrating different ways to integrate this concept from an architectural point of view.
