Some visualisations we did for the last project designed by RCR arquitectes.
I had done a dozen or so “digital watercolor” renderings for this project dating back to 2013, and now that it is under construction the client has requested a new set of photo-realistic renderings. This first rendering is fully 3D, with very little post-production required.

In this visualization we realized the project of an apartment building in the residential area Mo i Rana in Norway. Two images show that the front facade of the house faces to the main street. There are canopies for cars. Behind the house there is a green playground. There are balconies of the apartments on the same facade. The laconic architecture of the building combined with the original facade decoration perfectly fits the overall style of the residential quarter.

Visualization of a modern villa on the shore of the Lake Botnsvatnet in Norway tells the story of a cozy family home. The terrace on the stilts creates the illusion of two levels of the house, while the villa is one-storey. Simple house architecture hides the original internal layout. Operated roof gives originality of this beautiful villa.

There is a private villa among the dense coniferous forest on the shore of the lake Tahoe in California. In this work we demonstrated excellent compatibility of nature and architecture. The building is perfectly integrated into the environment. The roof of the garage is covered with grass, the Coten Steel looks like a bark of trees, the lake is reflected in large windows. We also tried to convey the atmosphere at different times of the day. As the sun before sunset illuminates the villa and how in the evening plays artificial light in the windows.
